Grind & Polish

A smooth, round surface on all crankshaft load bearing points is essential to good engine performance. Our perfectionist machinists grind & polish crankshafts to within 1/10,000th of an inch tolerances, less than half that of manufacturer specifications.

Crack Inspection & Repair

By using our Magnaflux magnetic crack detection system, we can be sure there are no flaws in your crankshaft or any other steel or iron parts. The slightest crack can cause a complete failure

Engine Balancing

The crankshaft is the largest moving part in the engine. If it's not perfectly balanced, it WILL cause unnecessary vibrations, especially at high RPM. The faster you run the engine, the more vibration. This vibration will also be very hard on the rest of the engine and possibly the car.
A balanced engine can increase your maximum RPM, improve response and power curve.
